LOMA VISTA FARM and SUSTAINABLE SOLANO come together to create a permaculture demonstration public food forest!

Come break ground with others and be a part of building the foundation to this public garden by creating contour swales, building berms, applying mulch and planting trees. Learn how permaculture principles can be applied to your gardens and community!

We will close with information on the overall design, use of secondary water, and details and tips for how to involve children in the creation/learning process.

A pizza lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring extra water in hot weather and your own food to accommodate dietary restrictions.
